HSB's background in land development and large scale mixed-use projects provides them with the knowledge and ability to bring your project across the finish line. Most site work contractors exclude project finishes such as lighting, landscaping, and architectural features such as pergulas, playgrounds, BBQ areas, or even dumpster enclosures. HSB not only performs these scopes of work, but also coordinates architectural and civil plans to ensure a quality project that is ready for the end-user. This coordinate also reduces the amount of time required for local building and planning official to give their final approvals on a successful project.
HSB has the unique capability of self-performing small buildings, decks, and retaining walls on projects where larger GC's may not have the resources or desire to handle them. HSB has a Class A Building Contractor's license, as well as the Heavy Highway classification. This allows them to secure their own permits for building contractor items such as utility enclosures, retaining walls over 4' in height, storage buildings, guard stations, decks, and even boat docks. This resource has helped many owners and GC's close the gaps on outstanding scopes of work that get pushed off until the end of projects and allow them to focus on their primary objectives.
